Next, sketched out the inner rim and outer rim with HB pencil lightly. Detect inner rim and outer rim on your reference picture first. Those two lines shouldnt be edgily at all; in fact they are all in curve.Next I drew the center of the rim with HB pencil, dedicating where the spokes are going to be around. The center of the rim should be proportional to the tire in most cases.
