Here is another camera angle. Sorry for changing it. Now we will look at it closer. Notice that I am putting dark shade in between the spokes. But I am not fully shading that part yet. Leave it until later.
More spokes.. and some details toward the center. I am still using 2B and 4H. For the details thats harder to just shade (like the center) you might want to use mechanical pencil to plan it out first. Mechanical pencil is always useful for me when I want details.
