Put in the cap and lugs. Same thing, follow your eyes. Draw the basic shape with light pencil. After that, I usually put down some medium grey at the darkest part of the rim. Usually but not always, the darkest part is in between the spokes I like to put some grey into it to indicate it's going to be darker later on. Here I made my lines darker just a little bit.
